love the colour scheme and yur style. the only flaw that i see is that her breasts look flat.....maybe you need some brighter ...

problem with yur poster is that the focus point is dead centre of the page (red erasesr).
from there the eye really has no route to follow in order to "read" the full poster.
your main focus should ...

personally id make the girl much smaller and make the piece more narrow. when i think of modern cities i think of tall narrow skyscrapers.
