The blue lines that I think NewSpecies refers to, are in fact Cyan lines.
The method I discribed will work if those lines are in fact Cyan, but if they're actually blue, well... My bad!

I know this one!
Make sure your image is set to CMYK mode.
Then go to Adjustment>Hue/Saturation
Select Cyans from the drop down menu.
Slide the Hue all the way to the left, and the Ligh ... |
