The only thing that I can see that looks a little off is the neck on the third guy. It seems a bit wide. Nice characters though!

Wish they could make it so that you had custom colored cursors.

Edit: I just read that in Photoshop CS2 there will be a cursor that changes depending on what color your over in an image!!!! WOOHOO ...

Looks like the head was just placed on the neck.. Same with the hair. Maybe smooth it out to show that they are together? lol @ baking pan gag.
