This is my virgin trip releasing one of my many drawings on the net.. I'm very exited! I'm a girl.. I turned 20 the year 2000. I live in Norway.. way up north. In the cold snowlands. And rumors say we live among poalrbears.. u wanna know the truth? Well anyway.. I don't have a tablet right now, so if anyone wants to do a paintjob, help yourselves Enjoy! Or at leat try |

Welcome. Nice sketch. If you want to color it with the mouse you should download something called PS2Rate. It will allow you much smother control over your mouse. Someone posted the link on the forum before but I did a search on Dogpile for it.
It's what I am using until I get a pen tablet.

she's cute the only thing I don't get is why you left out arms although there're shoulders? It seems as if you couldn't decide on wether to bend her wings to the front for covering or enclose her with a tunic.
- why not give the mouse a try?-I always do paintjobs with a mouse, as I also don't own a tablet .
Rob - thanks for the hint

Hail, and welcome. You seem to have pretty decent construction, in a stylized sort of way. You probably should start thinking in terms of solidity and shape rather than form of outline. That would make everything come together better. Also, Try using Prismacolor markers-they'll force you to think about the 3d shape.

Thanks Rob, I went and got it too . . . maybe I'll actually do some digital art now, ha.
Btw, when I did a search for it, I found it at www.tweakfiles.com - which turned out to be a little tweak program heaven, and I downloaded like 8 other little cool system enhancing programs. Recommended site if you're looking for those types of things. There is this one that sets up your desktop and start bar as a menu so it can be clicked on and off with a hotkey or mousebutton. That's just brilliant. I hope I think it's brilliant because it is and not because it's 5.30a . . .
