This is a short movie that's being made by an artist in Dundee (Scotland) using only middle-of-the-range 3D software and tools.
I'm frikkin impressed. Even though the movies are very short, they rival alot of the animated Tim Burton styles.
It's also interesting because he shows all the concept art and all the methods used to render effects like ocean waves, rain on windows and lightning etc.
Oh, and the character is really cute.

Really cool and very inspiring. Both in terms of art but also in terms of the production itself.

What's humbling isn't the budget, especially now that he's been financed by some unknown party to work on it full time...
