Dam she has to be using alot of gel to hold that hair that way :P
I'd make a few commends but im not really into this kinda style :P but seeing as no one really replied yet to this, I thought i'd say something
Her hair looks rather stiff (I guess because it was an older drawing of yours). And the coat is like you just filled it in with the paint bucket and made the folds in strokes of black with few highlights...but who am I to know what kind of material its made out of But overall it looks alright for a quickie

This is looking nice I like the overall movement of the piece. The shading on the hair is really nice, too. I like the detail. The shading is a little flat in some areas, though, mainly on the shirt. Instead of looking at each fold individually, look at the overall shape as a whole, and think about the three-dimensional form beneath the shirt. Think about the location of your light source, about where the shadows and hilights would fall. The shadows under the sleeves look good, because they flesh his arms out and give form to the overall figure; try to do that with the rest of the picture (maybe try putting shadows only the right side of the body?). Use the shadows not just to indicate a fold, but to show depth and form (yeah, I know, easier said than done.. ^.^) One thing that helps is to study how the shadows fall on your own clothes in a mirror with various light sources. I've personaly found that to be pretty helpful... This picture is a good start, and there are lot of things I like about it (the hair, the face, color scheme, etc) but try to work on showing form with your shading when you work on other pictures. Well, that's it from me :3 Keep up the good work!
