from top to bottom
hat looks like a 5 year old painting. make it with the same tone as the rest.
the bay in the hair is tooooo big on one size. i get that he's lifting up his eyebrow, but still. at least work the same shadows as on the other side of the face because right now it looks like a big lump.
his left eyebrow isnt as detailed as the second one.
the eyelids need some lashes or a hint of lashes (i.e dark line).
the colar? if you want to leave it like that.. mmkay
