Some worthlessness. Possibly Moe of the Three Stooges on post-apocalyptic patrol duty?

this is an overnight sketch over and existing poster comp here . If approved, it could have been hashed out. It is really a collage of photo elements of model shots. I think it was for the first film. Mine was rejected and they went with the original, I think cause it had some blue in it, and it is a movie after all. the black at the bottom would be for type.

You sound like a bitter old man, hehe. I think your version is much better, more sense of depth. I just checked the final poster they used and it's not much better than the sketch. |

SPOOGE DEMON: Just one question (I am at work, so this will be a text-only post, sorry no pic). How do you take it when they reject one of your pics? I mean, do you get angry, do you think they don't understand your work? Or is it just like..."well, maybe next time". Is your pride involved at any point?
And when someone modifies part of your pic for the final advertisment (like that great helicopter you did some time ago)? Do you feel like "Hey, they have completely messed my work! I will send them my lawyers" or "Well, they paid they can do that and it's ok".
Just curious.
BTW: I like much more your pic than the chosen one.. _________________ _ _ _____ _ _

Thanks for the compliments on the Minotaur guys.
Lunch break quickie
I was listening to Seamus Heaney's translation of Beowulf when I painted this. Hrothgar would probably have had the architect beheaded.
Big hugs. Big kissy kiss.
