Hi all. I am a lurker of this forum from way back. I recently picked up my sketch pad for the first time in years and over the past month I have been busting out sketches. This post reflects the last 20 days or so.

One of my first NEW sketches. This was my attempt at painting loose and fast and not worrying about line quality.



Ballpoint pen sketch. I was inebriated.



45min in photoshop. This was the begining of my recent dive back into art. (It was done after a visit to the speed painting thread here)... I missed this place.



This is a self portrait where I am being devoured by Zombies (a reoccuring nightmare) I call it "out of bullets"

Hell I like m...especially the last one. the close up really slams in your face. I like the violet lightning to. You got back in art? Mmh if I could do what you do. I'd stay there 24/24/7

Thank you for the kind words. I plan to post more work. I am looking for crits, ideas and feedback in general. This place is inspiring.

yeah, the last one is excellent.

personally i think you should go back in and do another one, since its a recurring thing ..
same theme probably, but with darker shades, reds greens, whatever...

and maybe more zombie hands ..

about to be devoured by Zomfies and its entitled 'out of bullets'.

so at what point during this recurring nightmare do you wake up ?
after, or before they chew your eyeballs ?
