Wow. I think that is one of the best "First
Digital Paintings" I've ever seen. Can't wait
to see the finished product.

It's all wrong! It's terrible!

I mean, my first so-called "digital painting" was a crappy picture of an eye, and so bad that I hope it disappears of my hard drive sometime... And this is better than what I can draw now!

Bleh. I'll stick to my position: this is not your first digital painting. I don't care what they say...

:-P

Welcome Ra'as!

This is a very nice pic and the shading also makes sense, although you'd need to change it a bit. Basically, small things like the discrepancies is shadow value being too extreme from, say, the dark side of the face and the cast shadow on her left arm/elbow. It seems you haven't finished adding shade to the lower portion of the body, where there is an absolute lack of shadow on her thighs.

You might want to be careful to unify the materials of the suit, where the glove on her right hand seems like plastic (which is great!, although missing volume/shade and some slight body reflections) and the very matte torso blue.

Anyway, I'm sure you're not done so it's alright. =) Very nice work so far. Did you draw this yourself or did you get some drawing made by a comic artist? -- just so we know.

Cheers,
Frost.

Nice pic Ra'as. Reminds me of the Hildebrants (I think that is the spelling). Vivid colors. Keep it up. Post the finished result when your done. Oh and just one little tip. Work a little more on the metallics. You don't want them to have the same texture as the rest of her uniform.

Nice.
This is very Affected-ish, only I can't imagine him painting any superheroes from movies...

Ok, on to the critique:
Her throat looks funny because the collar bones never meet each other, as they should.
Arms and legs could use more shading to suggest the round shape. Right now they look kind of flat. Her left arm is nice, though.
Hand is great. Are the shoulder pads round? The dark shadow forces a corner in the middle of it. Face reminds me of the statues Affected keeps painting...

I'm not sure how much of these is just stuff you have not yet finished with, so ignore those parts.
