Hmm, well I'm assuming that this piece is supposed to be cartoony, so I'm not gonna crit on that... but I do believe that the belly scales on him look very flat, and some shading there would be in order
His calves look kinda like poles and don't seem to have any muscles on them.
I don't really like the bridle(?) thing on his head. It sorta looks out of place. If it's supposed to be some kind of armour you might want to add some metal studs or something to it. Cuz now it looks like someone's gonna try to ride him
As to the lower shins with those guards on them: adding a few curves to make it look more, well... cool would be good.
Those claws look a bit big for those tiny feet. Also I should think you could stand to make the toes a bit farther apart. The way it, you'd think he'd have some trouble standing up.
Shading looks really good except on the belly, but to make it a bit more contrasty wouldn't hurt.
I like the blade on the sword. Really nice Shading
Nice pic. It's coming along great

I'd like to thank everyone on this board for inspiring me to do this, particularly those of you who've been posting on blackscarab.com (you know who you are) - it's my first photoshop painting. It's taken be about a week (drawing in the evenings after work) and I'm sorta stuck. I don't really know what sort of environment to put it in. If anyone has any other comments I'd love to hear them, particlularly good ways to draw armour.
