Just another test drawing faces. I know that the picture looks like the last one I did and there are some mistakes in it (I really spent a long time on drawing the eyes and I can not get them right ). Please tell me what you think and point on things you don't like. Thank you.

I think it looks pretty good overall !
But her left eye (the one at the right) is too far to the nose compared to her left one.
Her forehead seems to be too bent backward, if you see what I mean. It's like her hair is starting at the middle of her head like some old man.

I like it.
just the forehead need some work.. move the hairline a bit down and you're done (in my opinion)-

her face reminds me of the girl that won big brother.

Thank you for your replies. I think you're right I have to move the eye a little bit towards the nose.
The hair is probably wrong, too. I'm not able to figure it out at the moment. I just looked to long at this picture I think. At this point I would't even notice the mistake if the nose was turned 90°.
I'll ty to fix it this evening.

This is good.

I can tell you used the Paintbrush Tool from Photoshop to color it - all of the face shading is done with sharply gradient color bands of light to shadow - an artifact of using the Paint brush tool. That used to be my favorite brush till I figured out how to lower the opacity for the airbrush 5% or less is good for me now.

I think the left side of her face as we see it doesn't need shading on the cheekbone from the hair. The light isn't coming from that angle.

I really like the quality of the hair. It's all over the place and very nicely shadowed, just enough to give the impression of hair without being hair (and definitly without being a failed attempt at hair - the type of hair I do :P).

I'm saving your pic

You are right Sergenth I used the photoshop tool. I tried to draw with painter 6 before that but I didn't get the result I wanted. I just like it if you can see some strokes in a picture. I have never tried the airbrush tool because I don't want my pictures to be to "soft". But I'll try the airbrush tool this weekend. Perhaps a combination of both of them will work for me.
I try to learn about the light and shadow thing right now so the shadow on her face is far away from being perfect (or even from being good) .
Thank you for your replie.

Actually, I like it how it is. Sure, it has it's flaws as far as realism goes. But the way it is almost says something - sets a mood. Looks almost impressionist(I hope I got the right movement).
