thanks for the comments guys. here's something i put together while looking through my window at magic hour(twilight). took about 15 minutes since my models(the clouds) were rapidly dissappearing.

i think the simplicity of your first image is great, it really sets the mood. keep if simple, thats my idea. i did a similar pic, and what made it good was the simplicity
