I was expecting a glowing seahorse myself, where do the arms come into play, shouldnt they be fins??

He's a humanoid form a a creature I created, called the Kebra. The first drawing of him looked alot like a mix between a horse and Mr. Limpit, so I continue to call him a horse-fish. The green glow is the aura of his powers.
