a friend of mine is doing a Max Payne mod set in a cartoony 1940s Noir and asked me to do some of the concept art. This is the femme fetal Violet DiMure, the deadly lounge singer. So I basically stuck her head on Jessica Rabbit's body..the coloring on the shoes needs work.., but the overal effect is good, I think. Whatya think?

Funky background there, J! It's simple, but it fits the style.
1940's? Check out the movie "Swing Kid's" for some ideas on how the dames of the 40's looked (I think I said that before somewhere). Jessica Rabbit's definitely fits into that era and she's a good reference, but you might see other styles that you like with a bit of extra research.
One of Violet's boobs looks a lot bigger than the other. It might be ideal to fix that up. |

If it's for a Max Payne mod, I really don't think the purple hair would fit. Everything about Max Payne is pretty realistic, plus I don't think people dye their hair purple in the 40's. Other than that, the rest of the character looks fine. |
