Something I did in painter classic. There's something...a bit disturbing in this picture I feel. Not offensive, but something not sitting in place. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I assume that disturbing thing is the lack of balance. The hat is too massive compeared to her torso and there is too much empty space at the pic. Like your colors.
