Here's my latest development, I call it "Clash". Let me know what you think and if you think of anything else that should be added or improved or taken out or whateva!

I'm still working on this pic alot, there is alot I have to do to get it finished, but I'll get there and show it in here most of the time with how Im going. I'm using Photoshop 6 to create this pic.

Here is a link to my first ever completed digital pic: It was done using Paintshop Pro 7.

Hey, I like the perspective of the second one. On the first one you cropped too much of the margins. Maybe you should practice a little anatomy, color-theory and perspective (I should too, I know Wink ) before going on to the big complicated themes and big files, because if you spend so much time on a picture, every criticism hurts double.

And here you find a lot of useful links: http://www.sumaleth.com/links/

I second what francmidi said!
It's not hard to see that a lot of effort went into the images.

But it's also obvious that you should work on the basics first ...
try different approaches and use reference images.

It's impossible to point out the mistakes in the images.

Okay thanx guys, I'll c how I go with my latest pic then and see if I can make it look more interesting.

Yeah francmidi, I know it looks like the margins are cropped like that but the reason for that is I wanted it to look like that cause it makes the pic more of an intense action scene. It's more close up is what Im saying. And I reckon if I add more to the border then it'd ruin the pic. Make it look funny. I've seen people add to thier borders later on and it leaves it looking funny.

Smile I tried. I took your picture, added 18px at the top, cutted the left head out moved it 18px upwards and I think the anatomy looks better. And it doesn't ruin the composition.

Try it yourself (don't use your original artwork - use a copy).

Then decide whether to use contour-lines or not to use them.

Lay down the direction of light and think about how this affects the colors.

At last show us, what happened with the picture, for that we can carp about it Wink .

Hmm, okay Franc, I will see how it goes. What do you mean about the lighting direction. The way I see it, it's mostly in the background and I am going to reflect that on the bodies by including that in thier outlines, you'll see when I do it. Thanx for the help man! I will post soon on my progress.
