good use of colors...and a good painty texture...looks kool to me except that either her head is too big for the body or the perspective is off on the chest and shoulders...good though

Nicely done... My only crit relates to the colors... the shaded and slightly shaded areas appear to be a bit muddy on my monitor, as if "darker" was just added rather than a real color for the darker area. I think that would be worth it to work on, 'cause the rest of the portrait is really nice.
...also, on my system the video just played as a blank screen. Probably a codec problem...

make sure you have the latest version of realplayer installed
Oh, and darker most certain was not involved =P those are all brushstrokes of a standard bristle spray brush in painter.. perhaps my monitor is set too bright, or yours is set too dark... Perhaps I'll play around with it a bit more
