Here's my first attempt with Painter. It's nearly all Painter except a little airbrushing done in PS (I prefer the Photoshop airbrush tool):

Hey, it's really nice. I like the smoked glass effect you achieved. A little unreal is the crack in the statue, but overall it looks really good
