It's a good bet that if you give proper credit and do not use the work for commercial purposes (unless by prior arrangement with the photographer), you will not have any problems. It's still a good idea to check with the photographer if known...
The only other problem I can envision that may cause a problem is if you use the work in a way that is detrimental to the original photographer's reputation, i.e. clearly distasteful, obscene, pornographic, at complete political or religious odds, etc... _________________ HonePie.com
