And till about 14 years old, I always looked at this sign as a mouth with yellow teeth on black background, instead of a black bat on yellow background. I always thought that's how bat's teeth looked like when it was about to bite you!

And when I listened to Faith No More - Star AD (back in Russia) I always thought that in the beginning of the song the guy said "Stoi, idi!" (which means "Stop, go!" in Russian) instead of "Star AD".
I was also very surprised as to why that guy would speak Russian all of a sudden. |

The "banana 'Til they" part sounded in Chinese like "titties and pussy" to me and my brother when we first moved to the States (1984) and didn't know any English.
