| ive become a snob because of digital paint...i dont like to get messy with real paint. very interesting concept.i would like to learn airbrushing though |

I painted digitally for 15+ years and still do all my layout and conceptual work digitally, but the final pieces are now, for me, all done with real paint, oil paint. The challenge and energy required is intoxicating.

have you tried putting the baggies in water while not using? would that extend the life even more?

eyewoo i am no stranger to your work.....thats what makes me watch your video 
i just dont post here alot. where did you learn this concept? its wierd that the paint gets hard but is still a nice painting texture if u prick it. |

the plastic allows for gases to transport? right?
so the oxygen would transport through the plastic and oxidize with the oil? right?
i'm not sure it would help with water. water likes oxygen. you have to boil water to get rid of the accumulated oxygen(and to: for example freeze water faster). still water would suck up new oxygen I guess... |

eyewoo, are you sure it's the painting that's intoxicating and not the oil fumes?

saw this video recently.. cool with that storing paint.. i usually leave paints out on palette then they are drying dry so they are building in every new layer on palette. now the palette became thick!
something for me to think about saving paint
