I painted digitally for 15+ years and still do all my layout and conceptual work digitally, but the final pieces are now, for me, all done with real paint, oil paint. The challenge and energy required is intoxicating.

the plastic allows for gases to transport? right?
so the oxygen would transport through the plastic and oxidize with the oil? right?
i'm not sure it would help with water. water likes oxygen. you have to boil water to get rid of the accumulated oxygen(and to: for example freeze water faster). still water would suck up new oxygen I guess...

saw this video recently.. cool with that storing paint.. i usually leave paints out on palette then they are drying dry so they are building in every new layer on palette. now the palette became thick!

something for me to think about saving paint Twisted Evil
