Any one else ever thought of haveing dual mouse support of Windows(tm) or Mac and the like? Wonder if your work could be spead up?
You could have one mouse up in the control bar of the program, and the other doing the work. And all kinds of other ideas...
They really could do it now, espicially with USB. Just a thought. Prolly still not faster than Hot-keys... or is it!? Dun dun DUUUUNNNN!

A lot of my co-workers have multiple mice on their computers. But in any given situation, it's always easier to just move one mouse a little bit than to take your hand off of one, put it on the other, then align that one to what you want to do.
The reason most of my coworkers have two mice is one for work, one for gaming. |

I think his idea was to have mouse cursor for each mouse. Not both mice controlling the same cursor.
I have a mouse wif my graphire and a logitech mouse, they both work at once but I use one for games and one for other stuff.
But they control the same cursor.

yes there's such options but they don't improve much productivity or functionality.
the good thing is with intuos tablets A4 or bigger, u can choose to have the 4D mouse and the pen assigned to different portions of the screen or to have 2 spaces on the tablet (top left wider square and bottom right smaller square is often the preferred setting) assigned respectively to the active pic window and to general workspace.
i tend to use this kind of things only at work where i work on a dual monitor (one 16/10 24" lacie and one 21" on a dual head videocard) especially when i do video editing while creating some of the contents on the fly.
if u r working on a single app at a time they aren't much use.
just my 2 cents , everybody has different ways to improve productivity and respect deadlines |
