Ok, I know this isnt about art but its important.

A girl on my street, 16 years old was in a car accident yesterday. I've seen her around a lot but never talked to her. She was clinically brain dead and today they took her off life support.

The cause of the accident: Her boyfriend was drunk and smashed into another veicle. Everyone else survived I believe but it was so shocking that this happneed to someone so close to where I live.

Just to put things in perspective, I'd like to say die mother fuckers who drink and drive because if I ever catch someone trying to drive when drunk, I will rip their fucking balls off and shove it down their throat.

To the innocent dead girl, it never had to happen and did. So for all of you guys here, don't drink and drive. Life is too fucked up as it is to go fuck it up more.

No one has to respond, but if you want to send ur condollences or whatever to the family here's a good place.

And don't drink and drive please!!

i was in a bad car accident, a kid ran into me head on because he wasnt paying attention.

i almost died, no one thought i was going to live. i just like to say..car accidents suck, no one can imagine the pain thats involved.

It hurts alot more when u know the young girl and the people involved in her death...I only say this because something much too similar happened to a friend of mine only a year or so ago when she decided to go home with a group of friends...about 6 cramped in a civic...2 others had broken bones. The driver was injury free...Gotta love how that works out--The moral of the story...Life sucks Live and learn hopefully...

Yeah well if you are gonna drive with a drunken person make sure YOU are drunk too Cause knowingly (sober) getting in a car with a drunk driver.. well then you deserve to get in a crash get hurt or die :P

I was in a car accident once. I was bikin' home and some car appeared outta nowhere and smashed into me. I ended up on the roof of the car and my bike underneath it (talk about lucky).

Anyway, im sorry to hear that. There's not much things more ignorant and senseless than killing other people('s children!) with your own stupidity.

I agree with you, people who drink and drive are the most stupid people alive. There has been a campaign in my country to deter people from doing something stupid like this, yet people don't listen. During the last 6 months there has been one car accident each month and always involving drunk people. Just 2 months ago, four 18 year old kids were drinking and driving, and they were driving like 120 km/hour (we use the metric system) in a fog and they were drunk. They hit a Truck and the two in the front seat died instantly while the other two died from internal bleeding a few days later. 4 lives lost and the truck driver, although he couldn't have done anything as the kids were driving so fast and it was foggy plus they were on the wrong side of the road, will never forgive himself. In a way, 5 lives have been ruined.

People are stupid and always will be.

Superbug: Ouch! That hurts. I was in a car accident when I was only two years old. I can't remember what was going on those days and that moment but survived without wounds, cuts or broken bones. This is sad but true nowadays.

I would like to send my deepest condollences to her faimily. Absolutely.

My mother almost died just last month from some debri that hit the road and bounced up into her wiendshield. Luckily, she was wearing sunglasses, and the debri smashed into the dashboard instead of a few inches higher.

Really makes you cherish life...and be more careful to watch for all those idiots in the world

Well, i have a car accident story too. Not really though. When I was small, there were two cars parked on the street and they had a rope tied between them on the bumpers. And i was running with ice cream, and I tript on the rope and fell.

Ok...that wasnt too bad but yeah. We love cars, we hate those that hit us, we all hate drunk driving mofos.

I believe that this hit you on a very personal basis and you wanted to vent it somewhere but.. to be honest I would not have read it if i knew before what it was about.

Not because I am an ignorant ass but because I come to this forum to see some nice art and talk about such. When I want to see depressing things I can as well watch TV or think about the next months in my life.

To be very honest this post spoiled my day.

Things like that happen, sad enough for the ones it happens to.

I guess everyone has his story to tell, but sometimes its better not to hear everything that happens.

my cousin was in a car accident and lived
he's okay
it was a really bad one too...
if he 'WAS' wearing his seatbelt
he would have been meat scraped out of
the leftovers of the car he was driving.
It looked like a crushed up pop can at the end of the accident.
He was ejected from the vehicle though
pretty beaten up at first...
but he's okay now

Man... definitly condolances... i think DUI charges should be alot harsher than they are...

Heres my story, A friend of mine died when he was driving with his grandmother, when they were struck by a stolen van full of kids on drugs and booze being chased by the cops, my friend was on life support for 4 days, his head swlled up to the size of a basketball and he was pretty much a vegtable, so they took him off life support, and he was declared dead. at the age of 4 years old. To think of it this way, the one who died, was the one least responsible in any way. and the kids on got a few months in juvy jail, where they got right back out and are probably still being stupid...

anywayas... yes.. drinking and driving sucks, doing drugs and driving sucks... and people like that piss me off on a deeper level than you can imagine.

If she died it means it was her time , i had 2 car accidents in my life, one was the usual "ehi i'm 18 i have the Dlicense lesgo out *bang* " , the other (had with a friend of mine) was so nasty looking that it ended up on the local newspapers, a 270 flip in the air (Z axis) landing on a side, we sued the brand of the car we rented (it was a steer malfunction) but got out with NOTHING. It wasn't our moment, a friend of mine 1 year and some ago just tripped over his cat in his room and fell face forward (his hands were busy ) on the desk corner. he's gone.

there's no need to be sorry for anyone IMHO, if u have to be sorry for everyone who goes u'll be sorry 24/7 thank god it wasn't u and kick the next drunk ass u see entering or leaving a car.

I'd agree this is no place to post this kind of topics, but personally it didn't disturb me and if u felt so touched to have to share it with someone i'm ok with it.
