It looks a little underdeveloped.. you should try out a solid color or black background for the action panels (or just a background of some kind) and the word panels should be a little easier to read. The panel with the fist should be your most active one.. but it looks like it's the least developed. Hope that helps ya. Sorry if it sounds harsh (not intended) I just thought I'd put my 2 cents in there.
