i like what misc did in the overpaint with the left soldiers leg appearing on the side of the figure, but that painting is looking pretty awesome already

that guy to the right, almost looks like he's sitting on the table, maybe that would actually be a good idea? Just have him sit there and kind of slouch, bored.
