Room Temp. Mountain Dew, and greasy day old Pizza...breakfast of champions
And to address Count Zero, I do have a handgun, two cars, eat McD's and believe I am a demigod in the realm of political, social, and global affairs :P In all truth though, the opinion you gave is one that is strongly held worldwide. Many countries despise the US for it's involvement in many situations, and even moreso because they feel the US is meddling simply for economic profit. It took me a while to come to grips with that, but in many senses, they're correct. The US Does do many things based on global positioning, and it's tragic. But don't toss the baby out with the bathwater
Not all of us agree with foreign policy!
*Steps off his mock soapbox*
I just felt like saying that, no anger, resentment or jealousy..although the sex on the lawns in front of the windmills while doing intravenous drugs does have it's appeal:P |

*sigh* Sex on the lawn. Okay. Windmills? why not... Intravenous drugs? eew...!
And to add a bit to the 'america' image, it allways seems ironic to me how american politicians like to stick their noses into all kinds of foreign problems while they dont seem to do jack shit about their internal problems...

You mean a toblerone bar? They sell those here in the states now as well. I got hooked on them when I lived in England. |

I think everybody got me all wrong... I personally don't think that way about America or the people there-of. Hey, my girlfriend's American, and I hope to live in the friggin' country someday.
It just that the discussion was sorta going towards stereotypes la "Don't all Europeans/French/Chinese/Africans do this or that?" Ugh, can't stand any stereotypes. That's why I might have come off as a "bit" hostile and opted for using rather pointed sarcasm. So sorry, again.
Ok, that's all the apologizing I'm gonna do.
Probably.
