Mmmh, nothing special, just a random guy. Colored in PS 6.0, 1 hour or so, using neither airbrush nor screen/multiply what i am kinda proud of, cause i have real problems to handle 'digital paint'. Like to work with traditional media much more.
C&C would be nice. |

A quick exercise in values. I was looking at another artist's site recently and I noticed that he drew everything in black and white and then added color at the very end. In theory this is a great way to get your values correct, but I had a little difficulty with it. It's not much, but at least I know that it can be done now.

woah, fredflickstone is back Cool.
HPX : where are your Bday pixx man ?
eyewoo : just commenting on your post of page 49 - yeah, I'm late... Been using painter since 95, or 94, not sure there ( Oh god ) thinking of it, I hardly use more than 3 brushes together in a single piece, usually. But these Combos have varied in times, of course. One thing to say about Painter, It was a complete different approach to digital art - compared to PS - from the early versions, but they really have overcomplicated it in recent years IMHO. I really can understand why newer people get lost in the mess. I just ignore a massive 75 percent of the program most of the time. I tend to spend a day messing around with each new version and pick up a few new things, put them in the " worth remembering " part of me brain, and get on with the drawings.
well, I'd better STFU and hit PS like real man do;-) dust of the old habits;-)
Anyway I'll be back posting early feb, hopefully. _________________ ---

Wow! Everyone is so good.
Barontieri you are working with the green like a true magician.
Heres one from me, still experimenting with the brushes and I am always adding to much fog, hmmm, gotta work on that, ahhh Star Trek in less than one hour.
