My god people, this thread is Mecha.
I saw Nathan Campbell using this tecnique once.
Just playing around thou this picture was painted in the res 3000x3000.

Dark Knight Family--Used a photo ref for the sky feeling. Ah.
Pencils by Spyda.
The light source on old bats is way too focused for bounced light from the streets, so I need to fix that.
On the whole, about 2 hours. REALLY fast for me. |

Well here's some concepts I've been throwing together quickly. What do you guys think? What should I change and whatnot?
A British SteamPowered Armoured Battle Suit. (Circa 1908)
Most people I show like the second one better. I'm still trying to get the design down though.
And here is a redesign of teh Famous War of the Worlds Martian Tripod.
I know I forgot the Cage on the back for captured humans.
