Alright, I think I've finished Gay for the moment. I'm not considering it done yet, as I'm thinking of purchasing a talkbox and recording some funky vocals with it. But that won't be for a three weeks at the least.
Changes from 3.0 that was posted here earlier: Filled in some midrange on the kick to give it some life. added vocal bits. better lead sound, percievably louder. better balanced. better tone. cleaned up some spots. arrange a little. seperated the crash from the rest of the compressed percussion.
Hamst3r - Gay 4.0.mp3 (2.9 MB)
( Disco house / Filter(ed) House / French House. )
Let's make some love. It's gonna Happen.
--------------------------------
Old post below...
---------------------------------
New: Hamst3r - Reapercussions.mp3
Simple. :]
Had some time to kill this evening, so I started goin' at the minor chords and it kinda just turned into this.
Older post belower...
------------------------------------------
Let's kick it off with something smooth:
Hamst3r - Chill Groove.mp3
"it's Funky and laid-back all at the same time" - Steve.
---
Then on to some ambient breaks. Kind of like what they would play in a big club:
Hamst3r - In Balance.mp3
Part of my dance project for a new club opening. I be teh 100% music for the club opening!
---
:] Lemme know what you'se thinks. These be unfinished tracks in progress. Unmixed and all that shit music people say as to not admit they just suck. I suck. You must love me, For I am incapable of such things.
ohyeah, one for the ladies: Hamst3r - HooverFiesta.mp3 (warning: complete crap :D)
OONTZ OONTZ OONTZ OONTZ!!!!!!
If you use buzz you can download the bmx of hooverfiesta on buzzmachines.com. only 14 kb's.

YEAH!
More h4mst0r beat!
I think Chill Groove is dusty, gritty, and DIRTY! Just the way we bums like it.
Hoover Groover is FUNNY!!! I just pictured a rave club with a bunch of kids holding glow sticks, and then the main beat breaks in and they go CRAYZEEE!!
Oh, the last one i didn't like. Bums don't respect ambient. Althouh some samples in it were fine. |

chill- Sounds like you need a main melody?
balance- very cool. I love progressive house.
Hoover- I really hate Happycore/hardcore/rave(what DO they call it anyway?) kind of electronica. It just grates on my nerves. It's like the idiot child in the family of electronica. The second half of the piece got away from it, and I liked it better. |

Lunatique: hehehe, I don't like hardcore/rave/happy/oontz either. so we've got that in common. :D
Yeah, Hooverfiesta is just a silly excuse so I could play with the Juno 2 Hoover sound in buzz. :]
---
Shizzy: yeah, that's the order I would have put them in too. :P I like chill groove, so I gotta finish it sometime.
luna: yeah, I'm workin' on it. I've been away from my komput0rbox since mid December and won't be back til next weekend. I hope to finish it then, if I can find the motivation and think of something more for that guitar sound, or something to go with it. |

Gay- after listening to it, I found myself in leather hot pants, with your hand on my ass.
My suggestion for making it even more manheat worthy, is to add backing vocals singing, "Let's boogie through the night, yeah babeh, let's boogie through the night. . .."
Reapercussions- Add a trumpet solo on top? Maybe I say that because I have a track similar to it--with the reggae odd beat chords, and brass for melody: http://www.ethereality.info/ethereality_website/music/Lunatique-%20Deadline%20Blues.MP3 |

Luna: Yeah. I've been putting vocals in to it and stuff today, so we're on teh same road. Joe's went something like, "Rub yo body, on my body.". :]
I'll update it soon here with some vocals and like mentioned in the top post about it - possibly a vocoder too. |

Well hamst0r, sounds like Armand Van Helden infiltrated your apartment and rewired all of your Buzz generators in that song while you were at the kitchen making food :D
I was myself shaking my bum to it.. maybe i'ma sing to it too!!! "shake y'all down and slap that butt.. you must dance and bust a nut" |

Luna: updated! :]
Shizo: hehehe, yes. he came over the other night, we chilled a while and kicked back a few beers. Then I clubbed him over the head, tore out his spinal chord and ate it with ketchup. |
