i think that maybe you should get more refrences to work from, You have a good vision you just need to work with it,
Image searches are good enter such words as raves,disco scenes etc. Also i think your characters need to be defined...it kinda looks like a very rough sketch so there isnt that much to be said since its at a very changable stage...refrences are your best friends
