ArtRage has amazed the hell out of me, I gave it a try last night. Wow no alt+click, felt like I was really painting with paints!

gee, artrage is sure a tuff thingie. flush, you may be right, it's funky trying to handle it without having any alt+color pick. still, in that case, it would have been nice to see the color we pick in a larger area, like on a palette or something. i still have difficulties chosing the right tones.
