Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this board (at least as far as posting is concerned), I've been reading it for quite some time now.

Anyway, this morning my tablet wouldn't work! (Wacom Intuos 9x12), the power light wouldn't even come on. So after doing EVERYTHING, I have come to the conclusion that it needs to be sent back. The question I have for you guys is:

How do I go about sending it back?

I ordered it online, and I have a feeling that there is going to be a lot of trouble in getting a new tablet, or at least getting this one fixed. Has anyone else ever had to send their tablet back to Wacom? If so, how did it turn out?

Please reply!

Thank you so much,
HumanClay

hey try doing this...

email wacom?

=P

If it is under warranty it should'nt pose a problem... or..

make sure all your connections are good... even the ones into the wall... try that, make sure the power is plugged into the wall.. and then go ahead and reinstall everything too

=) hope that helps

Thank you very much for the prompt reply. I have done all of the things you've suggested, though. But still no luck I did email Wacom as well, I was really just wondering if there is anyone out there who has actually had to ship their tablet back to Wacom to be fixed.. ?

Thanks Once Again,

Where did you buy it online?

Most places...in my experience, will replace it within a given amount of time...
imdaking is right though, wacom should take care of that for you.

I had a problem with my wacom when I first got it. I had to reinstall the drivers about 6 times before it worked correctly.. then it was fine after that.
