Good riddance to the guy I thought was obnoxious but defended anyways when he was thrashing threnody's pics a while back... I shouldn't have even bothered looking for the photos he copied from. How can you do that mongoose? Rant and rave about other people ripping art, when your whole site is a pile of ripped off shit?
I can't say that any of us will be sad to see you go.. you've caused quite a bit of trouble here in previous posts.

Now, take a look at the incredible Sam Liu picture. Mongoose totally ripped him off. Sam (Itch) Liu did this for a company who makes clothing as a design. http://www.geocities.com/itch_studios/grl2a.jpg .

Well, while I didn't post that original post, I was asked to help to provide Captain Anonymous with some of that ripped artwork. I thought I would chime in here and bust on Chris a little more.

I'm Mass Delusion, Senior Staff of iCE. My email is [email protected], you can find me on the site, etc, etc.

Chris Perry has been ripping artwork ever since he hit the 'underground' digital art scene. He's gone by a number of handles and nicknames and been in a myriad of warez groups under false aliases. He's ripped people off by selling stolen computer hardware that he didn't really have. He was kicked out of PWA I believe for ripping off a couple upper members there.

He's gone by Airbrush, Mongoose, Render3D, Trauma, among numerous others.

The one consistent part of this thread however, is that he ALWAYS rips people off and lies to them. I also run vfive digital (www.vfive.com) and much of the work you see on that page was work that he ripped off from our creative director Rob. Blatant pixel for pixel rips. The sad part is that the text he changes usually looks crappy since he doesn't have the high-resolution original to change. He ripped business cards, posters, web graphics, logos, even WORDS that my partner coined (like web contortionist and pixel pusher).

He ripped once in iCE, true, about 3 years ago. However he joined a second time under a fake handle and released another ripped piece much more recently than that. This guy has been a permanent plague on everyone who does legitimate, original artwork.

We actually harassed his father enough that we got a couple hundred bucks out of him for ripping off our work.

Sorry to be a bit lengthy, but people who lie cheat and steal should be sought out and exterminated from our community. There is no place for people like Chris Perry here.
