I can think of a couple plausible answers to your question, AcidDrone:

1) Most of his work is for the covers of conan novels, and besides being a tradition, sex sells.

2) It's a LOT easier to draw a nice smooth leg than all the intricate details of armor

3) heh. Butt.

Though I've got to give Veb credit, throughout his works, he's got a pretty consistent level of undress between his males and females... I mean, just look at any one of his pictures of Conan wearing nothing but a helmet and skimpy leather battle shorts. I guess that doesn't explain why Veb's leatherbabe is clothed only from the waist up, but damn, what a nice picture.

Regarding why the butts are naked etc. I like that way, and offcourse all the other reasons.
Flat ass, well adding a more highlights made it look "plastic"..and I didn`t get it to look better, although many of you guys might have liked it better. Also, most artists at Funcom, that I`ve showed it to, like the bit more smooth non oiled classy ass better than the highlighted one I made for a test, even if it looked less flat. A matter of taste. I also base most of my fixes on viewing prints, since computer screens have varied resolutions. At the moment the conan people liked this version of her butt better anyway. They pay, they get what they want.

But the out of perspective teeth etc..will be fixed;-)Along with more background offcourse.

Frost: Kick ASS...can I send this to the editor of Conan?..she`ll laugh her head
off;-D

I`ll update with a newer version soe time in the future..........

Well...Frost the editor of conan really liked it, but she doubt it was suitable as a cover..lol.

Now, she decided to go nuts on my babes butt, meaning she mentioned something about it being in the wrong angle according to the body. now I`ve been at it for an hour(which usually means painting an entire image for me)And I`can`t get it any better, only worse. It does not help that her small fit bum does not exactly scream..I`m wrong..i look like crap..etc.

anybody out there wanna have a go..feel free to help;-)
